Submissions and messages are routed to our coaching team through our scheduling, messaging, and customer-relationship platform. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Text messages & marketing communications

If you give us your phone number and opt in — for example by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or starting a conversation in our website chat — you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email. These may include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, membership information, and occasional promotions, events, or updates.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance; you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Even after you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send transactional messages about a scheduled session or your account.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers provided for text messaging are used only by us and the service providers that help us deliver those messages.

Website chat
